During Welcome Week last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the 15th cohort of the Horizon CDT to Jubilee Campus. The incoming CDT 2023 cohort had the opportunity to become acquainted with the CDT and the PhD programme with a full calendar of events to help them settle in. Workshops, presentations by CDT students and alumni, and the chance to create research posters for the upcoming CDT Industry Day were among the acivities.
Our students had the opportunity to meet academic supervisors, become familiar with the campus, socialise and network at meals, and hear about the experiences and suggestions of other cohorts.
