CDT supervisor Jocelyn Spence highly commended for Outstanding Research Supervisor

A huge congratulations to Horizon CDT supervisor Jocelyn Spence who received a ‘highly commended’ award for Outstanding Research Supervisor at the Tri-Campus Awards.

Our CDT PhD programme and research projects are supervised by leading academics with diverse interests. Jocelyn is a Senior Research Fellow in the Faculty of Science at the University of Nottingham working in Human-Computer Interaction at the Mixed Reality Lab and was nominated by one of the CDT students she supervises.

The Researcher Academy’s annual Tri-Campus Awards recognise and celebrate postgraduate research students and colleagues who have made exceptional contributions to our research community.

These awards celebrate postgraduate researchers, postdoctoral researchers, research teams, research supervisors, research technicians and members of administrative staff who have made outstanding contributions to the researcher community at Nottingham. Winners were announced at the Researcher Academy Tri-Campus Awards ceremony that took place on University Park on 17 May.
