Congratulations to CDT PhD student Madeleine Ellis for submitting her PhD thesis this week entitled ‘Detection of Vulnerable Communities in East Africa via Novel Data Streams and Dynamic Stochastic Block Models’.
Maddy is the third student from the 2016 cohort to successfully submit in the middle of the Covid-19 lockdown period.
