Three Minute Thesis 3MT® is an academic research communication competition developed by The University of Queensland, Australia. The challenge is for doctoral researchers to explain the complexity and relevance of their research to a non-specialist audience in a concise and engaging way and in only three minutes.
The 3MT® Competition is a valuable opportunity for researchers to connect with a wider audience and share their passion for their work. Horizon CDT student, Roza Vasileva (2016 cohort), was one of the finalists at the competition which took place on Wednesday, 17 June.
The public now has the opportunity to view the recorded videos and vote for their favourite presentation in the People’s Choice Award.
