Fourth-year CDT PhD student, Angela Thornton, has had the opportunity to meet her industry partner, Carboncopies Foundation (CCF), in person for the first time. They were able to get together in Italy to discuss educational and research initiatives as well as the future strategy of CCF.
Angela is a member of the CCF Board and the Education Committee. She is leading a project that seeks the opinions of experts on widely-used media, such as YouTube videos, that portray Whole Brain Emulation (WBE) and Mind Uploading.
You can read all about their retreat and what they achieved on the CDT blog.
