A big congratulations to Horizon CDT alum Dr Shalaka Kurup who has had their paper Passenger information provision: Perspectives from rail industry stakeholders in Great Britain published in the Journal of Rail Transport Planning & Management.
Shalaka is a member of our seventh cohort who received their PhD degree in 2020. Currently, Shalaka is working at Rated People as a user experience researcher investigating the issues that customers face day-to-day.
