A BIG congratulations to Kate Green O’Leary who passed her viva yesterday subject to minor corrections and becoming the first student from the 2016 cohort to successfully defend their thesis!
Supervised by Elvira Perez Vallejos, Derek McAuley and Neil Coulson, Kate’s thesis is entitled ‘Investigating Privacy Perceptions, Attitudes and Behaviours of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Online Health Communities’.
Kate is currently working as a user researcher for the Department for Education.
