The Horizon CDT has started the year off with the good news that Shadab Mashuk (2014 cohort) has passed his viva with minor corrections!
Dr Shadab Mashuk
Supervised by Terry Moore, Peer Olaf Siebers and James Pinchin, Shadab defended his thesis entitled Indoor positioning as a contribution to building occupancy.
Dr Shadab Mashuk is currently working at the University of Manchester as a Software Engineer at the Advanced Interfaces-Visual Computing research group in Computer Science.
Shadab is the first Horizon CDT student to have passed his viva in 2020.
Well done Shadab!
