Congratulations to Cecily Pepper, Horizon CDT student currently in her fourth year.
Cecily attended the 10th annual MindTech Symposium which took place in London on 24th November, their first in-person meeting since Covid-19.
MindTech is a national centre dedicated to the creation, uptake, and assessment of cutting-edge technologies for dementia and mental healthcare. Funded by the National Institute for Healthcare Research, Mindtech collaborates with healthcare professionals, patients, researchers, industry and the general public.
Cecily presented her research poster titled “Exploring the Impact of Social Media on the Mental Wellbeing of Young People with Lived Experience of the Care System” and was awarded runner-up for best poster!
