Third year Horizon CDT student, Eliot Jones-Garcia, has been conducting research on consumer behaviour and food waste with Martin Flintham, assistant professor of Computer Science at the University of Nottingham (and a co-investigator at the Horizon Digital Economy Research Institute) and Serafim Bakalis, professor in the department of Food Science at the University of Copenhagen.
