Congratulations to Horizon CDT fourth year student Stanislaw Piasecki who has a new paper published in the International Data Privacy Law journal: Complying with the GDPR when vulnerable people use smart devices
Stan’s paper looks at how to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when children and other fundamentally vulnerable people use smart devices, with an emphasis on the United Kingdom through references to the Information Commissioner’s Office recommendations and publications.
Well done Stan!
