Best of luck to Henry Cope (2019 cohort) who started his PhD placement last week with NASA GeneLab!
During his virtual placement, Henry will be analysing a set of gene expression datasets extracted from mice that have been flown into space (and their matched ground controls). The datasets cover multiple missions and different experimental conditions, such as diet. Hopefully, this will lead to some insights into the biological effects of spaceflight.
