The Horizon CDT is happy to announce that Rosa Lavelle-Hill (2015 cohort) passed her viva on 3rd June subject to minor corrections.
Supervised by Pete Bibby, David Clarke, and James Goulding, Rosa defended her thesis entitled ‘Big Data Psychology’.
Rosa is currently working at The Alan Turing Institute, the national institute of data science and AI, as a research associate using machine learning and Bayesian methods to help prevent modern day slavery and other exploitative crimes.
