Two more CDT alumni celebrated their PhD graduation from the Horizon Centre for Doctoral Training at the Summer ceremonies in July 2019.
Will Darler , a member of the 2013 CDT cohort, successfully defended his thesis titled “Detecting and analysing changes in consumer behaviour during life events” in January 2019. Will has successfully secured a position as a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Leicester School of Business.
Lorena Macnaughtan from the 2010 cohort successfully defended her PhD thesis titled “Coping with Complex Environments: The Case of Digital Healthcare Technology Producers” in May 2019. Lorena is now Associate Director, Events and Content Media, International at HIMSS, the largest health IT membership organisation in the world which focuses on digital technologies and innovation in healthcare.
