Horizon CDT Creating our Lives in Data

The official launch event for the Horizon CDT Creating Our Lives in Data took place on 24 April at the Orchard Hotel with Steve Benford, CDT Director, giving a welcome speech before the reception. The renewed EPSRC funded CDT will focus on technologies and methods to:

• empower consumers to be more creative with their own data
• enable producers and consumers in the Digital Economy to co-create smarter products in smarter ways
• re-establish trust in the use of Personal Data
