As part of his research investigating the digital economies that emerge from video game contexts, Panos has created a Minecraft server – ‘Craft Museum’ and two commercial videos which service to communicate what Minecraft players are capable of creating through the game, provide an overview of the various steps involved in constructing a build, give visitors an idea of how professional builders produce high quality contraptions, and raise awareness about some of the points that are crucial for the Minecraft community.
